Kiran Kumar

Kiran Kumar is an experienced professional in marketing, customer experience, and operational strategy, currently serving as an Advisor at Berkeley SkyDeck since October 2024. As Vice President at World Market, Kiran leads initiatives in Loyalty/CRM and Digital Marketing while overseeing a significant rewards program. Previous roles include Head of Marketing Channels at Petco, where Kiran contributed to a successful IPO and significantly improved email performance, and Group Vice President at Albertsons, where leadership in personalization initiatives drove substantial sales growth. Kiran’s expertise is further evidenced by advisory positions at Radiance Labs and contributions to the development of the "just for U" loyalty platform at Safeway. Kiran holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Communication from The University of Texas at Austin and IIT Madras, respectively.
