She is dedicated to innovation and to personal and professional growth. Dana possesses the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and the International Public Management Association for Human Resources Certified Professional (IPMA-HR) certification. She is also certified in Predictive Index and a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
