Guy Blair

Guy Blair has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to information technology and user experience. Guy started their career at InstallShield Software Corporation, where they served as a Project Consultant and later became the Consulting Manager, overseeing IT consulting projects and managing resources.

Afterwards, Blair worked at Sears as a Web Solutions Architect before joining Monitor Liability Managers, where they worked as a Web/UI Designer. Guy then joined Allstate Insurance as a User Experience Architect for a brief period.

Blair's next role was at Berkley Select, a Berkley Company, where they started as a User Experience Architect and later became the Applications Development Manager. In this role, they managed a team responsible for application design and development, as well as application quality standards and testing.

Finally, Blair progressed to the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Berkley Select. In this position, they had overall responsibility for the Information Technology department supporting four Berkley companies. Guy'sduties included designing and developing custom-built policy and claims applications, managing IT projects and budgets, and providing strategic guidance to the business. Guy also worked closely with the leadership teams of each company to develop future strategies and oversee their implementation.

Guy Blair completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Staffordshire University between 1989 and 1993. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Sussex, which they obtained between 1993 and 1995.
