James Baffa

James Baffa has extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation and claims management, currently serving in Management and Professional Liability Claims at Berkley Select since July 2022. Prior to this role, James held positions at Philadelphia Insurance Companies focusing on Management Liability Claims, as well as at EMC Insurance Companies as Insurance Coverage Counsel, where responsibilities included insurance coverage analysis and consulting. James served as a Partner at Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff and was Counsel at Sedgwick LLP, both concentrating on insurance coverage litigation and counseling. Additionally, James worked as a Specialty Claims Consultant at Nationwide Indemnity Company and started a career as an Attorney at Bates Carey LLP, specializing in insurance coverage. James holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from Bradley University in History, Sociology, and Philosophy.
