Igor Tomchin

Igor Tomchin is a Senior Data Architect at W. R. Berkley Corporation since May 2020, bringing extensive experience in data management and technology leadership. Prior to this role, Igor held the position of SVP of Information Technology at Infogroup from July 2005 to October 2019, where oversight of three teams managing the creation and support of database systems was a key responsibility. Previously, Igor served in various roles, including VP of Database Systems and Director of Consumer Database Systems at infoUSA from August 1996 to July 2005, and started a career as a Programmer Analyst at First National Bank of Omaha from January 1994 to July 1996. Igor holds an M.S. in Mathematics from Belarussian State University and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Institute of Mathematics, Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
