Leo Laskowski

Leo Laskowski has extensive work experience in the technology and information technology sectors. Leo is currently the E&S Technology Director, Change & Delivery at W. R. Berkley Corporation, leading a team in developing business productivity enhancements and implementing technology solutions. Prior to this, Leo worked at Admiral Insurance Group as the Director of Information Technology, where they led a team in developing business productivity enhancements and analyzing business processes. Leo also served as an Application Architect, designing and maintaining user interface, service layer, and database components. Leo has held the role of Scrum Master on multiple teams since 2015. Before working at Admiral Insurance Group, Leo held the position of Manager of Application and Database Development. Additionally, Leo has previous work experience at Prudential Financial, where they served as a Team Lead in Systems Analysis and Development and as a Systems Analysis and Development Specialist. Leo also held various research associate roles at different levels.
