Michele Fleckenstein

Michele Fleckenstein has extensive work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Michele started their career in 1981 as a Manager at Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), where they worked until 1989. Michele then joined The Home Insurance Company as a Senior Financial Officer, VP & Controller until 1995. Following that, they worked at Guy Carpenter as a Managing Director from 1995 to 2007. In 2007, they became the Chief Financial Officer for Berkley Capital, LLC until 2009, and then transitioned into the role of VP Internal Audit at W. R. Berkley Corporation. Michele'smost recent position at W. R. Berkley Corporation is the SVP Underwriting and Analytics, starting in 2018.

Michele Fleckenstein holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NYU Stern School of Business. Michele also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at the University at Albany, SUNY.
