Will Carduck

Will Carduck has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Will is currently the Director of Data Analysis at W. R. Berkley Corporation since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Markel Corporation for a significant part of their career. At Markel Corporation, they held several roles, including Director of Reporting and Analytics from December 2013 to April 2021. In this role, Will provided oversight and direction to multiple agile teams responsible for building predictive data solutions, creating enterprise reports, and establishing data governance standards. Will also served as the Process Improvement Manager from October 2010 to December 2013, leading projects for improving accounting and finance processes. Before joining Markel Corporation, they worked as a Project Manager, Internal Audit Manager, and Audit Manager at various companies, including Deloitte and Auditor of Public Accounts for the State of Virginia. Overall, Will Carduck has a well-rounded background in data analysis, process improvement, and auditing.

Will Carduck earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in 1996. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy in 1998.
