Berkshire Transition Network is a men's transitional living program in the Berkshires offering an individualized alternative to conventional behavioral health treatment.

We pair intensive case management with wrap-around clinical support from our associated outpatient program, Common Collab, to help clients build fulfilling, sustainable lives on their own terms.
