Daniel Fowler

Daniel Fowler has extensive experience in operations and property management. Starting as an Equipment Operator at COOL Concrete and advancing to Operations Manager, Daniel managed budgets, scheduled jobs, and handled employee coordination. Later, Daniel held the roles of Operations Manager at All American Drivers, overseeing recruitment and performance reviews, and Project Manager at Hagerman Construction, where Daniel was responsible for planning and scheduling construction projects. Daniel served as Assistant Property Manager and currently holds the position of Property Manager at Berkshire, managing up to 600 units while maintaining professional interactions with residents and team members.
