Danielle Hyden

Danielle Hyden has a strong background in finance and accounting. Danielle started their career as a Staff Accountant at Standard Parking in 1996 and later became an Internal Auditor and then a Regional Accounting Manager. Danielle joined Sawyer Realty Holdings LLC in 2002 as a Property Accountant and worked their way up to become the Director of Property Accounting and later the Director of Financial Planning & Accounting. In these roles, they managed budget cycles, prepared financial reporting, and implemented process enhancements. In 2011, Danielle Hyden joined Berkshire as an Assistant Vice President, Financial Analysis, where they supervised budget and forecasting duties and managed high-volume property budgets. Danielle was later promoted to Vice President, National Real Estate Services.

From 1990 to 1995, Danielle Hyden attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
