Dawn Wise

Dawn Wise has extensive experience in property management and financial analysis, having worked at Berkshire from April 2007 to September 2011 in various roles, including Assistant Property Manager, Property Operations Financial Analyst, and Associate in National Real Estate Services. Responsibilities included managing rent collection, implementing Yardi BI reporting dashboards for the Property Management Operations team, and overseeing utility budgets for over 120 properties with a focus on financial planning and billing accuracy. Prior to Berkshire, Dawn Wise held the position of Property Manager at Equity Residential from April 2002 to December 2006, progressing from Leasing to Assistant Property Manager and finally to Property Manager.
