John Phu

John Phu is an experienced HRIS professional with a diverse background in human resource information systems and related consulting roles. Currently serving as a Sr HRIS Analyst at Berkshire since May 2018, John has built a strong history in HRIS administration, having previously worked as an HRIS Administrator at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island and a Clinical Functional Integration Coordinator at Partners HealthCare. With additional roles at BMC HealthNet Plan, Boston Children's Hospital, and several consulting positions, John has developed extensive expertise in system integration, data management, and user support for PeopleSoft and HRMS applications. Education was completed at Boston University between 1995 and 1997.
