Jon started their career at Sapient, where they held several leadership roles and played a crucial role in the company's rapid growth. Jon then joined AEW Capital Management as a Vice President, focusing on real estate investment and raising capital from institutional investors. After that, they co-founded and served as Managing Principal at Baypoint Group, where they advised emerging managers on capital formation and joint venture structuring.
