Patrick Roche

Patrick Roche is a finance professional with extensive experience in the housing and accounting sectors. Currently serving as an Associate and Senior Housing Analyst at Berkshire since December 2019, Patrick previously held the position of Financial Analyst at The Dolben Company, Inc. from August 2016 to November 2019. Prior to that, Patrick worked as a Senior Accountant at Equity National Title & Closing from December 2012 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing general ledger accounts and presenting monthly financial statements, along with accounts payable and receivable tasks. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Coastal Carolina University, completed in 2012.
