Adam B. has a strong background in supply chain management and procurement. Adam began their career as an Operations Manager at Pan-Multi Services, where they oversaw operations and managed relationships with clients such as Mattel. Adam then moved on to Alan Ross Machinery Corp, where they served as an International Procurement Manager and Salesman, negotiating imports and selling recycling machinery. After this, Adam worked as an International Procurement Manager at Innerworkings, sourcing vendors and managing projects. Adam then joined Solo Cup Company as a Senior Strategic Procurement Analyst and later became the Corporate Procurement Manager, receiving recognition for their performance. Adam then transitioned to Hospira, where they held roles as a Global Sourcing Manager and Global Sourcing Lead, managing sourcing activities and implementing strategies across various spend categories. Most recently, Adam has been with Berlin Packaging, working their way up from Supply Chain Manager to their current role as Vice President of Global Supply Chain. Throughout their career, Adam has focused on developing strategies, streamlining processes, and improving supply chain operations.

Adam B. completed the Leadership Development Program at CCL in 2014. In 2010, they earned an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business with a focus on Entreprenuership, Creativity in Business, and Strategy Execution Valuation. Adam B. also holds a BS in Management from Purdue University, earned in 2002.
