Ben Adams

Ben Adams has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on digital transformation and e-commerce. Ben is currently the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Berlin Packaging since 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of CDO at Rexel, leading groundbreaking initiatives in digital transformation and successfully implementing a robust MDM data foundation. Ben also served as the Vice President Digital & Innovation North America at Rexel, where they orchestrated the company's transformation into a cutting-edge multi-channel powerhouse with unrivaled eCommerce capabilities. Additionally, Ben served as the Global Mobility and Digital Innovation Director at Rexel, pioneering the establishment of the first-ever global mobile team and spearheading the development of the Rexel APP and Mobile site across 5 strategically significant countries. Before Rexel, they were the Director of E-Commerce at Platt Electric Supply, where they led the design, development, and execution of B2B/B2C e-Commerce systems, transforming the company into a multi-channel business. Ben also held various roles at Platt, including Assistant Director of Purchasing, Business Intelligence, and Sr Buyer, where they showcased their expertise in managing teams, improving processes, and driving business growth.

Ben Adams attended Central High School from 1994-1998. After graduating from high school, they attended Portland State University from 1998-2000, studying Computer Science.
