Char Gibbs

Char Gibbs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Manager and Operations Support Lead at Berlin Packaging since October 2015, Char executes corporate initiatives, manages operational processes, and oversees customer account management and employee training. Prior to this role, Char worked at Betallic from September 2010 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing the customer service department, assisting top domestic and international accounts, and coordinating trade shows. Char began a career in customer service and inside sales, providing support on mid-sized accounts and overseeing various projects. Char holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lindenwood University, completed in 2009.
