Edward Arnold

Edward Arnold currently serves as the Head of NPD at Berlin Packaging, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Edward held various roles at Berry Global, Inc. from August 2014 to January 2024, culminating in the position of Technical Sales, Marketing & Development Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing efforts for blow moulding sites and supporting sales with effective marketing materials. Previous roles at Berry Global also included Technical Sales & Development Manager, focusing on new product development, and Product Designer, contributing to innovative design solutions in the plastics industry. Edward began the career at Holdsworth Foods Ltd. as Telesales Supervisor, managing sales operations and customer relations from November 2006 to October 2012. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Product Design from The University of Northampton and a CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
