Heather Jensen serves as the CHRO for the Americas at Berlin Packaging, where responsibilities include partnering with the CEO and the Americas Senior Leadership Team to implement people and business solutions that enhance culture and drive profitable growth. Prior experience includes strategic HR leadership roles at Tyson Foods, where Heather contributed to the acquisition and integration of Hillshire Brands, and at Hillshire Brands, focusing on supply chain HR needs. Heather’s career began at Panduit Corp., where extensive work in talent management and organizational development was conducted. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University.
