Savannah Wright

Savannah Wright has over 15 years of experience in education and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Programs and HR Generalist at Berlin Packaging since June 2022, Savannah aims to transition into a full-time position in HR. Notable previous roles include Instructional Leader at Perspectives Leadership Campus, where Savannah maintained a 92% teacher-retention rate, achieved 95% on-track promotion and graduation rates, and managed the onboarding of over 50 employees. Additionally, Savannah taught Spanish and Health Education across various grade levels and served as a varsity coach, promoting student-athletes to collegiate programs. Savannah holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction and multiple degrees from Illinois State University in Education, Health, and Spanish.
