Cathryn Chase

Cathryn Chase is a Senior Consultant at Berlineaton and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), specializing in empowering mission-driven organizations through values-aligned solutions. With a focus on facilitating change and building capability within teams, Cathryn has led impactful projects, including the development of the International Credentials Recognition Act and digitizing a local municipality's development application process. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Management from UBC Sauder School of Business. Outside of consulting, Cathryn enjoys volunteering, swimming, and exploring local trails with their partner and dog.
