BERMO. is the talent and growth marketplace for founder-led companies. Human-led. AI-leveraged.

Your entire growth team. Under one roof. Shop exactly what your company needs. We find where revenue is stalling and deploy the specialist who fixes it, for less than the cost of one full-time hire. Many founders, early on, have a gap between what they are saying and what their buyers actually hear, are not putting AI to work or are so deep in AI workflows they've lost their voice, need a new website or CRM, don't have the target market fully figured out, or maybe they just know something needs to change. It is hard to see from the inside. We find that gap, then deploy the exact specialist or permanent hire who closes it.

How it works: Either hire for the need you know you have or start with a free gap scan. We show you where revenue is stalling or where there's more on the table, and what to fix first. Then we build a team around the work from our vetted network across:
1. Branding, messaging, AEO, Content
2. Websites, UX & UI, GEO & SEO, AI Discovery, Brand blueprints
3. AI workflows & automation, Integrations (while keeping your voice human and finding the balance)
4. SEO, AEO and GEO,
5. Systems, PMS, CRMs, ATS, Property Management systems, POS, RMS, SO
6. Recruiting.
7. Target Market, Sales, & Connections

A full growth team for less than the cost of one full-time hire.

The ROI from previous and current clients: $25K+ recovered in week one company, $130K in one month from another. 98% permanent placement retention, and a 5-day deploy.

12+ years placing the right people and building the right systems for founder-led companies, pre-revenue to $5M+.
