Bernstein Consulting Partners is how HR Leaders go from underutilized UKG Pro systems to fully optimized UKG Pro environments that deliver measurable business impact.

Almost 50% of HR technology investments fail to deliver measurable ROI. So if your UKG Pro system isn’t delivering results, you’re always stuck creating workarounds or reluctantly accepting less ROI than you were promised.

That’s why I created Bernstein Consulting Partners---to bring HR leaders a proven three-step approach that delivers measurable business impact:

🕵️ 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁: Identify what’s working, what’s not, and where ROI is leaking.
📈 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Align UKG Pro configuration with current business needs, workflows, and compliance requirements.
📈𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲: Fine-tune the system for performance, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Only Bernstein Consulting Partners uses the 𝘗𝘪𝘯𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵, 𝘙𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯, 𝘖𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘻𝘦 approach — so you eliminate workarounds, boost adoption, and get decision-ready data.

That’s why CHROs and HR Leaders who work with Bernstein Consulting Partners consistently strengthen data integrity and compliance while recovering hundreds of wasted hours—often realizing measurable ROI within their first quarter.
