Julia Spitze is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Bernstein Group and serves as the deputy chairwoman of the German Association of Political Consultants (de‘ge‘pol). With nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of politics and business, Julia has advised numerous clients on political positioning and media strategies since 2003. Julia holds a master's degree in political science and economics from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg. They are actively involved in mentoring through Netzwerk Chancen and facilitate discussions within the Staat-up network to empower public entrepreneurs. Julia is dedicated to fostering a diverse democracy and creating opportunities for inclusive social participation.
