Brad Cates is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at BERPL Inc. and BERPL Technologies, Cates focuses on fostering employee ownership and prioritizing customer and employee satisfaction within innovative tech solutions. Founder and CEO of 37th Parallel Advisors, Cates is dedicated to executive coaching and mentoring. In addition to a leadership role at OneAxiom, a cybersecurity provider, Cates has held board positions at CXC, a fintech leader for asset-backed transactions, and served as President and CEO at Prosource, where regional technology solutions were developed.
