Jb Batula

JB Batula is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Client Success at Berry Virtual since October 2021, JB previously held the role of Training and Operations Manager at The/Studio from January 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, JB worked as the Assistant Manager for Leadership Development at IBEX from May 2019 to January 2020 and as the Global Senior Learning and Development Specialist at TELUS International Philippines from December 2014 to May 2019. JB has an educational background that includes an Associate of Arts in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of the Philippines, attended from 2018 to 2020, and studies at the University of the East Manila between 2011 and 2014.
