Kate Lawrence

Kate Lawrence is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Lead Corporate Counsel and Director of Compliance at BerryDunn since October 2014, Kate has progressed through various roles, including Director of Compliance and Manager of Compliance. Prior to this, Kate held the position of Assistant Attorney General and Special Assistant United States Attorney at the Maine Office of the Attorney General from December 2009 to October 2014, and worked as a law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office, District of Maine from May 2008 to May 2009. Kate holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maine School of Law, obtained in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Southern Maine, earned in 2004.
