Abhay Raina

Abhay Raina is a highly experienced professional in chemical engineering and AI-driven modeling and simulation, currently serving as Lead Researcher at Bert Labs since April 2022. In this role, Abhay is responsible for the development of digital twins through First Principles Chemical Based Modeling and Simulation, utilizing advanced AI techniques for optimization and energy reduction. Previously, Abhay worked as a Senior Research Engineer at Bert Labs, focusing on the integration of chemical modeling with data analytics and IoT for process improvement. Prior experience includes leading engineering efforts on the Shintech project at Yokogawa India Limited and serving as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Axens India, where technical support for petroleum refining processes was provided. Abhay's educational background includes a Master of Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute Of Technology.
