Eric Thode has extensive experience in labor markets and employment, having served in various leadership roles at Bertelsmann Stiftung since January 2001, including Senior Advisor, Director of the Rethinking Work Program, and Director of the Center for International Forums and Trends. Prior to this, Eric Thode worked as a Research Assistant at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from January 1996 to December 2000.
