Michaela Hermann

Michaela Hermann currently serves as a Project Manager at Bertelsmann Stiftung, focusing on initiatives related to sustainable social market economies and women's labor market participation, as well as overseeing projects in education and artificial intelligence in continuing education. Prior experience includes a research traineeship at Cedefop, where support was provided for projects on vocational education and training systems, and a graduate studies period at the John F. Kennedy Institute, FU Berlin, culminating in a Master's degree in North American Studies. Other roles include team assistance at Betten & Resch Patent- und Rechtsanwälte, involvement in community engagement as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of New Orleans, and internships at Deutscher Frauenrat e.V. and LSVD Berlin, contributing to women's rights advocacy and queer refugee support. Michaela holds a Bachelor's degree in British and American Studies with a focus on Gender Studies from the University of Konstanz and studied at Université Paris Cité.
