Dr. Andreas Richert, LL.M., serves as Senior Vice President for Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA since July 2011, overseeing labor law and personnel coordination in Germany. Previously, Dr. Richert was a Senior Legal Counsel at Hogan Lovells for six years, where advisory work included individual and collective labor law matters, particularly related to restructurings and M&A projects. Early career experience includes a role as a Rechtsanwalt at Lampe & Schuldei Rechtsanwälte and a research assistant at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau. Academically, Dr. Richert holds a Doctor's Degree in Law from Universität Rostock and a Master of Laws in European Corporate Law from the University of Exeter, alongside ongoing studies at Harvard Business School in the Managing Strategy for Action Program.
