Kai Wehmeyer

Kai Wehmeyer has a total of 17 years of work experience. Kai started their career as a Research Associate and Consultant at the University of Muenster in November 2002 and worked there until September 2007. In 2003, they also worked as a Research Associate at the European Research Center for Information Systems. In March 2008, they joined Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA and held various roles including Senior Associate Corporate HR Strategy & Controlling, Director Corporate HR Strategy, Vice President Corporate HR Strategy & Systems, and finally became the Senior Vice President Corporate HR Strategy & Systems in February 2015.

Kai Wehmeyer holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Münster, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Kai also completed a Master's degree in I/O Psychology at FernUniversität in Hagen from 2003 to 2005. Moreover, they received a Diplom-Kfm. in Business Administration from the University of Münster, completing their studies there from 1997 to 2002.
