Kilian Hirsch

Kilian Hirsch has held various roles throughout their work experience. Kilian began their career at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft as a Researcher in January 2001, and held this role until April 2001. Kilian then moved on to Accenture, where they worked as a Senior Manager from April 2002 to August 2014. In September 2014, Hirsch joined Bertelsmann as the Vice President of HR Strategy & Systems, a position they currently hold.

Kilian Hirsch holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Management from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Kilian also completed a student exchange program in Asia Pacific Economics at the National University of Singapore in 2000. Prior to that, Kilian obtained a Vordiplom degree in Business Administration and Management from Technische Universität Dresden from 1995 to 1998. Kilian completed their secondary education at Benediktiner Gymnasium und Internat Ettal, where they achieved an Abitur degree in Latin and Mathematics from 1989 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Kilian has obtained several certifications, including ITIL Service Strategy (ITIL-SS) from Serview GMBH in 2018, ITIL Foundation in 2014, CPRE (Certified Professional Requirements Engineering) from IREB GmbH in 2013, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in September 2013. Kilian also holds several SAP certifications, including SAP PLM510 cProject in 2007, SAP PLM230 PS Network in 2006, SAP PLM210 PS Structures in 2005, SAP ADM940 Authorizations in 2005, and SAP AC410 CO Cost Center in 2002.
