Maria Schnepper

Maria Schnepper has had an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Maria has been associated with Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA since 2011, where they have held various roles including Senior Director of Corporate Talent Management and Senior Director of Corporate Human Resources. Prior to joining Bertelsmann, they worked as an HR Manager at arvato Hightech from 2009 to 2011.

Maria Schnepper completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Business Management with Human Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics, graduating with a Master of Arts (Hons) from the same university in 2008.
