Marta Chadaj-Wegner has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and organizations. Marta began their career in 2002 with a scholarship from the Robert Bosch Foundation at Martin-Luther-Universität Halle. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an Associate at the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe. In 2005, they joined the Ministry of Interior and Administration as an Assistant of the EU's Twinning Projects, where they worked until 2008. Marta then became part of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, starting as an Associate Integrity & Compliance from October 2008 until March 2018. Marta eventually progressed to the role of Director Integrity & Compliance, a position they currently hold.
Marta Chadaj-Wegner completed the German Law School program at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Law and Administration from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in 2001 and the University of Maria Curie Sklodowska in Lublin from 1996 to 2001. In September 2021, Marta obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
