Merle Wissing

Merle Wissing, LL.M. currently serves as the Director of Integrity & Compliance at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA since March 2022. Prior to this role, Wissing gained academic expertise at FH Bielefeld, earning a Master of Laws in Wirtschaftsrecht Vertragsgestaltung and a Bachelor of Laws in Wirtschaftsrecht. Wissing also accumulated practical experience at KPMG Deutschland, working as a Werkstudentin in Corporate Governance Service from October 2020 to February 2022, and as an intern in the same service from September 2019 to February 2020.
