Pamela Taylor has extensive work experience in various fields and roles. Pamela is currently the Director of People Development & Transformation at Penguin Random House Verlagsgruppe GmbH since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA in different positions such as Vice President of Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition, Director of Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition, and Senior Associate in Corporate Management Development.
