Robin Sutton has extensive work experience in human resources. Robin began their career in 1985 at NAVRESSO as a Personnel Specialist and later worked as a Personnel Management Specialist UA-11 at Navy Resale System. In 1988, they joined Bertelsmann as a VP of Human Resources and then joined Penguin Random House in 2005 as a VP of HR.
Robin Sutton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from SUNY Brockport in the years 1980 to 1982. Following this, Robin pursued a Master of Science degree in Labor Studies with a focus on Labor Relations at the University of the District of Columbia from 1983 to 1985.
