Ronald Zhao

Ronald Zhao has extensive experience in finance and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service and CFO at arvato CRM China since July 2015, while also holding the position of CFO for arvato China since January 2001. Prior to these roles, Ronald worked as a Controlling Manager at Bertelsmann-Direct Group from July 1996 to December 2000. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School (2012-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Shanghai University (1992-1996).
