Stephan Gräfe

Stephan Gräfe is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in IT and financial reporting, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Divisional CIO at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA since October 2003. In this role, Stephan has spent nine years overseeing the corporate division's IT strategy. Prior to this position, Stephan held various roles including Senior Director & Deputy Head of Department in Controlling Corporate Center for Corporate Investments, Director of Board IT-Services, and Referent for Board and Supervisory Board Services. Before joining Bertelsmann, Stephan worked as an Organisationsassistent at arvato services from 2001 to 2003. Stephan holds a degree in Business Administration (Dipl. Kaufmann) from Bielefeld University, obtained from 1996 to 2001.
