Stephanie Fritzsche

Stephanie Fritzsche has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA since October 2017, Stephanie has also held the position of Director of Compensation and Benefits at the same company. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as HR Manager at arvato AG from January 2016 to September 2017, and earlier held various HR Manager roles at Bertelsmann from April 2003 to December 2015, including HR Manager for Club and Direct Marketing Businesses.
