Xiaoyan Qiu

Xiaoyan Qiu's work experience begins in 2001 when they served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Kunming University until 2004. In 2006, they worked as an intern at CBS Corporation before moving on to UHY Advisors in 2007, where they held a role as an intern staff accountant. At Ernst & Young from 2008 to 2011, Xiaoyan worked as a Senior Tax Accountant. From 2011 to 2016, they held the position of Manager, International Tax at Cushman & Wakefield. Following this, Xiaoyan Qiu was the Director, International Tax & Planning and M&A at Cantel Medical from 2016 to 2021. Currently, they are working as the Director, M&A and International Tax at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA since April 2021.

Xiaoyan Qiu obtained an MBA in Accounting and Tax from Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they received a BA in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
