Chris Brown

Chris was a member of Bertram’s investment team from 2010 through 2015 and rejoined the firm in 2019. Before rejoining Bertram, Chris worked in corporate development at Micron (NASDAQ: MU) and was responsible for M&A transactions, startup investments, partnership activities and contributing to overall company strategy. Prior to joining Bertram in 2010, Chris was a member of the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group within J.P. Morgan's investment bank where he focused on structuring and marketing leveraged loans and high yield bonds for companies across a range of industries.
