Rim Tannir

Rim Tannir is a strategic HR leader and career coach with a focus on talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Berytech, Rim drives people strategies that enhance innovation and employee engagement while leveraging data-driven HR practices. With over a decade of experience, Rim has also held roles at notable organizations, including Global Concept SARL and Arab Bank, where they contributed to HR infrastructure and training initiatives. Rim holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
