Zoe Downs

Zoe Downs is currently the East Midlands Business Unit Leader at BES Group, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as a Business Unit Leader at British Engineering Services from 2022 to 2023 and held various engineering roles, including Maintenance Engineer at Hanson UK and Maintenance Manager at HERBS IN A BOTTLE LIMITED. Zoe has extensive experience in maintenance engineering, having supported production across multiple sites, and completed a four-year Advanced Apprenticeship in Mechanical Maintenance Engineering alongside a Higher National Certificate in Engineering. They began their academic journey at Stamford Endowed Schools, where they earned their GCSEs from 2001 to 2006.
