Richard Bailey is an award-winning executive producer, director, and writer who has dedicated their career to impactful visual storytelling across various mediums, including broadcast commercials, branded content, and VR experiences. They have produced work that has garnered over 75 industry awards, served a diverse clientele from U.S. military branches to Fortune 500 companies, and guided numerous creative projects from concept to delivery. Currently working at BES Studios, Richard oversees film projects for major agencies and continues to be an advocate for the local film community. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
