The interdisciplinarity network of BeSafeBeeHoney, through its COST Action 22105, will aim at promoting transnational and international cooperation and to achieve innovation and knowledge in bee health (which includes animal protection and welfare); food safety (as honey is considered a food of animal origin); scientific research; education of veterinarians and bee health experts; preservation of the environment and biodiversity; design of new policies and market analysis for the valorisation of hive products.
