BESIC Group is a leading thought leader and practice in the built environment space. Our Real Assets advisory and ESG/Sustainability approach to Asset Management sets us apart from the crowded field when it comes to unpacking client potential.

BESIC practice was registered specifically to deal with unique property advisory that involves building surveying, technical due diligence and strategic sustainability consulting. BESIC was established in 2013 as a built environment & integrated strategic sustainability consulting practice, however due to the changing built environment and the growing needs of our clients; it became necessary to broaden and vary our solutions offering to solve asset management and infrastructure consulting needs.
