Benoit Lussis is an experienced professional in environmental management and quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) practices. Since March 2018, Benoit has served as the QHSE manager for the BU International at BESIX, while also taking on the role of Environment Coordinator. Prior to this, Benoit was the Chair of the Biodiversity Task-Force at UEPG from May 2015 to March 2018, and an Environment Adviser at FEDIEX from January 2012 to March 2018, where responsibilities included leading the LIFE IN QUARRIES project, co-financed by the European Commission. Benoit has also held the position of Environment Adviser at FORTEA, focusing on environmental lobbying strategies and legislation analysis, and worked as an Environment Analyst at Université Libre de Bruxelles and Institut pour un Développement Durable, conducting research on climate policies and sustainable assessments. Benoit holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry and a Diplôme d’Etudes Supplémentaires in Environmental Science.
